If you have newly registered self-managed super fund (SMSF), your self-managed super fund (SMSF) annual return 2012 is due on 28 February 2013.
You need to ensure you leave enough time for the audit report to be completed to enable lodgment of your SMSF annual return by the due date.
Failure to lodge the annual return may lead to compliance action or prosecution.
